Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-17
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wenorr platform, websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by Wenorr ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Wenorr account, accessing our Service, or placing an order through a company canteen powered by Wenorr, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Employees using a company workspace confirm they are authorised by their employer to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. The Service
Wenorr is a workplace canteen operating system that enables companies to manage menus, receive employee orders, process payments, run kitchen operations, forecast demand and reward loyal customers. Wenorr is a technology platform — food is prepared and served by the operator of the canteen ("Canteen Operator"), not by Wenorr.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency configured by your company. Orders become binding once payment is authorised. WENORR never stores full card numbers.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are additionally governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Subscriptions
Companies subscribed to a WENORR plan are billed monthly in advance through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the admin dashboard or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service or interfere with its operation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other companies' data; (c) upload malicious code; (d) use the Service to harass, defraud or harm others; or (e) resell the Service without written consent.
7. Food Safety & Allergens
Dietary preferences and allergen tags are displayed as provided by the Canteen Operator. Wenorr does not prepare food and is not responsible for allergen accuracy. If you have severe allergies, please confirm directly with the Canteen Operator before consuming any meal.
8. Intellectual Property
The Wenorr brand, software, and all related content are owned by Wenorr and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wenorr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to Wenorr in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Johannesburg, South Africa, unless otherwise required by consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
