1. WENORR Subscriptions — 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on WENORR subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Meal Orders
Meals sold through a company canteen are made-to-order by the Canteen Operator (not WENORR). You are entitled to a full refund of the affected item(s) in any of the following cases:
- The Canteen Operator cancels or cannot fulfil the order.
- An item is unavailable after payment (out of stock).
- The meal is materially different from what was ordered.
- Food-safety concerns raised within 24 hours of pickup and confirmed by the Canteen Operator.
Meal refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. How to Request a Meal Refund
Go to Orders → past orders → Report an issue, or email [email protected] with your order ID. Requests should be raised within 24 hours of the order.
4. Consumer Protection Act (South Africa)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 or any other applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
